However if the above measures don’t seem to be successful in lowering blood pressure, one would necessarily have to take drugs. Now these are of several types like diuretics, beta blockers, ACE inhibitors, alpha blockers etc.
These are only to be taken on the advice and recommendation of a doctor who will suggest a calibrated dosage of the appropriate drug that is just right for the condition.
